We also help our clients ​to get to the root of their menstrual cycle challenges, and prepare the body for conception if that’s their goal.

  • My role is to assist clients in various aspects of their fertility journey whether that’s finding a ​missing period after coming off hormonal contraceptives, learning where to make lifestyle ​changes that optimize your fertility, or supporting you in finding the root cause of your pain or ​infertility.

  • All of my clients receive an individualized approach specific to their needs and goals. My philosophy is to empower YOU to take an active role in your own fertility journey.

    I can ​also help you to communicate effectively with healthcare providers in order to make informed ​decisions when creating your plan of action.
